Avoca / Woomelang Week away Jan 2018

Over the Xmas Holidays Karen and I managed to get away for a while... Unfortunately Karen could only get away the main holidays.

I headed up to Avoca on the Friday before the new year weekend to meet up with my good friend Barry and Rosie (dog).

I arrived late in the afternoon to find Barry already set up ad he arrived earlier in the week.. Karen arrived on the Saturday and we all enjoyed the weekend.

Karen headed home on the Monday the 1st Jan 2018, and I stayed on with Barry... We then packed up and headed north to a tiny town called Woomelang.. around 2 hours drive north of Avoca.. We spent the next few days relaxing in the free camp area call Cronomby Tanks.  Here is a clip of our walk in to town..

I decided to head back home on the Thursday as the temperatures were getting a little to hot for me..
